Expect the entire Halo collection to arrive on PC.
Halo is one of the most famous game franchises of all time and has proven that Microsoft can offer the high-level AAA games just like what Sony has done for the PlayStation brand.
Halo has had its life primarily on the original Xbox along with the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One. When the Xbox One was launched, Microsoft also released The Master Chief Collection but gamers who have been waiting for a port on PC should have something to smile about as Microsoft is finally bringing the collection to PC.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection along with Halo: Reach will be made available on the Microsoft Store or through Steam, which is the first time Microsoft is distributing a game on it.
In the announcement, Microsoft said that the availability of the Halo games will be released one by one. They said that it’s better to ensure each game releases without any hiccups as opposed to releasing them all at the same time. The first release will focus on Halo: Reach, which will be followed by the rest of the games in chronological order: Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST (Campaign), and Halo 4.
Full details including the release date should be available soon.
