Game On: Microsoft’s Game Pass is coming to the PC
June 1, 2019

It’s Netflix for games.

Ahead of E3 this June, Microsoft has announced that it is bringing Game Pass to PC users. This means that you can now purchase a monthly subscription and download all the games that you want as long as it is active.

There will be around 100 games readily available for you to download once you’re subscribed to Game Pass for PC. Subscribers will also get the chance to get discounts if they wish to purchase the game to own.

Games from known developers like Bethesda, Deep Silver, Devolver Digital, Paradox Interactive, and SEGA will be part of the lineup, and you can also expect new games from Xbox Game Studios to be available on Game Pass for PC as on the first day of release.

Cross-platform is still supported so you can play on your PC and continue where you left off on the Xbox One. It wasn’t revealed if existing Game Pass subscriptions on the Xbox One will be valid for the PC (we’re guessing it’s not).

No prices were announced, but more details should be available during Xbox’s keynote at E3 happening on June 9th so stay tuned.
