Play Minecraft using AR.

Microsoft and game developer Mojang has already teased Minecraft Earth,  a spinoff of the popular game franchise that uses Augmented Reality (AR) so you can play in a real-world setting, a couple of months ago that hyped up fans of the franchise. While the game has been in testing for quite some time, it was revealed today during Minecon 2019 that Minecraft Earth will be launching a public beta around the world.

This means that you will get to play Minecraft Earth’s new and upcoming features that include more options lifted from the original game. A new crafting section will also be included that will now let you find various tools like axes and the like. A new Adventures experience is also coming, where you will get to play mini Minecraft events through an AR-simulated environment.

Microsoft is looking to bring Minecraft Earth to everyone by the end of the year, though it was noted that it won’t be available in China at the moment due to the country’s cultural laws. It was rumored however that Microsoft is planning a separate version for China that will be released soon.

Minecraft Earth is available on iOS and Android devices. You can sign up for early access on this link:
