Halo 3 is heading to the PC next week
July 9, 2020

The entire series is being remastered for PC gamers.

After the critically-acclaimed Halo games debuted on the Xbox One, Microsoft has promised that it will bring the entire series for PC gamers to enjoy with upgraded 4K graphics and of course support for mouse and keyboard controls.

The multiplayer option will also come to the PC courtesy of developer 343 Industries. They were the same developers that brought the remastered Halo: Combat Evolved, offering updated visuals along with a 60fps frame rate.

Halo 3 was the last game in the trilogy – when it was released. The game brings back Master Chief and again battles hordes of enemies from the Covenant and the Flood as he completes his mission to free and save humanity from an alien invasion.

Microsoft is also prepping for the release of the other games – Halo 3L ODST and Halo 4 later this year. The next game, Halo Infinite is coming as a launch title for the Xbox Series X console.
