Don’t watch the new trailer if you haven’t seen Avengers: Endgame.
Sony has just dropped the new trailer for the 23rd Marvel Studios movie, Spider-Man: Far From Home that acts as a sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming and Avengers: Endgame. A bit of a warning though, if you haven’t seen Avengers: Endgame then you shouldn’t proceed in watching the trailer since it basically spoils a major plot point.
All good? Then check out Spider-Man’s next adventure with Far From Home, which takes place immediately after Endgame where he encounters Mysterio, who we now know is from another dimension – and effectively confirms the existence of a multiverse in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The movie will see Tom Holland reprising his role as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in his fifth outing as the beloved superhero. This also makes him the actor that played Spider-Man the most number of times. The original cast from Homecoming is back, including Zendaya as MJ, Jacob Batalon as Ned, Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan and Marisa Tomei as Aunt May. Joining them are Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill, and Jake Gyllenhaal as Quentin Beck/Mysterio. The movie will again be directed by Jon Watts and produced by Kevin Feige.
