The Nova series just got a shiny new upgrade.

Say hello to the Nova 5T, Huawei’s trendy new flagship. Just like its predecessors, the Nova 5T brings in a fresh design that is packed with features but doesn’t compromise on price. It comes in three colors: Black, Crush Blue and Midsummer Purple that boasts a stylish new monogram design.

There’s a 6.26-inch FullView display, giving you a large viewing area when using apps, taking photos or simply watching a movie. A fingerprint sensor was also placed on the side right on top of the power button which makes it easier to secure the device and it’s already unlocked by the time you pick it up.

The Nova 5T also sports the Kirin 980 chip, similar to previous flagships from Huawei. This means that you’re getting the exact same performance without any compromises. Additionally, GPU Turbo 3 allows the smartphone to utilize the hardware and software so you can get high frame rates on the games that you are playing so your gaming experience is always optimized. It also runs EMUI 9.1, which is based on Android 9 Pie.

But probably one of our favorite features of the Nova 5T is AI-powered quad-camera setup. You now have four cameras: a main 48-megapixel sensor, a 16-megapixel super-wide-angle sensor, a 2-megapixel depth assist camera to capture those incredible bokeh effects and lastly a 2-megapixel macro camera that can take images as close as 4 centimeters away. If you’re a selfie lover, a 32-megapixel front-facing camera is also present.

Watch the video to see why we’re praising this new flagship. The best part is the Huawei Nova 5T costs 1,599 AED. The smartphone is now available for pre-order and you can purchase the Nova 5T on any Huawei experience stores and select retailers from October 31st.
