They’re not just awesome to play, but awesome to look at too.
As smartphones and other mobile devices get more powerful thanks to beefier hardware, the games that run on these devices are starting to look better than before. There used to be a time when mobile games resemble the first generation consoles with overly simple graphics, but this has now evolved into a stunning quality that even matches current gaming consoles and PCs.
I’m sure you’ve already encountered games that wowed you once you install and play it on your smartphone. Here’s a roundup of some of our favorite mobile games with amazing graphics:
Call of Duty Mobile – The mobile version of the popular first-person shooter franchise lets you play in multiplayer mode or even 100 player Battle Royale mode.
Asphalt 9: Legends – This superfast racing game brings all the fast and furious (no pun) stunts that you can imagine, where you can drive different vehicles from Ferraris to Lamborghinis.
Need For Speed: No Limits – The long-running racing game franchise comes to mobile devices as an exclusive where you get to customize rides and race to the finish line.
Left To Survive – This post-apocalyptic zombie shooter will put you in a world ravaged by the undead, where you scour resources to survive.
Sayonara Wild Hearts – This Apple Arcade exclusive brings together gameplay and music synched in rhythm that will keep you entertained for hours – not to mention the striking graphics that come with it.
Sayonara Wild Hearts is part of Apple Arcade.
The Walking Dead- Based on the popular TV show and graphic novel, this immersive narrative lets you drive the story based on the decisions that you make.
The Elder Scrolls: Blades – This spin-off of the popular RPG, this linear-based game brings the medieval world of dragons and wizards in the palm of your hand.
Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade – Dubbed as one of the most visually impressive games on smartphones, the game takes you on over 170 single-player missions where you take command of 40,000 imperial knights.
Galaxy on Fire 2 – This open-world sci-fi game takes space combat to a whole new level that blends adventure with RPG elements.
Monument Valley/Monument Valley 2 – Probably one of my personal favorites, Monument Valley (and its equally impressive sequel) lets you manipulate different structures to guide a princess using impossible geometry.
