Mercedez me connect will let you access your vehicle anywhere, anytime.
Your Mercedez-Benz can now be controlled remotely thanks to a new innovative service called Mercedez me connect. This new service, along with the Mercedez me portal (http://me.mercedez-benz.com) will allow you to control certain functionalities.
Remote Engine Start is one of the new features of Mercedez me connect. This lets you start or stop your vehicle from anywhere so your ride is ready to move. There’s also Remote Parking Assist that lets customers control how their car parks from the outside. Other details such as Maintenance and Breakdown Management along with Accident Recovery can also be viewed through the app.
A new In-Car Office function will now let you access data while you are in the movie. This includes locations saved on your calendar entries where it will be transferred to your car’s navigation system.
Mercedez me connect will also inform you of any information on road conditions including accidents on the road. Additionally, the app will also send you a notification if something has bumped into it or even if it has been towed away.
“We are very excited to bring to the region the sophisticated Mercedez me connect,” said Lennart Mueller-Teut, Head of Marketing & Communications at Mercedez-Benz Cars Middle East “We use state-of-the-art technology such as MBUX’s artificial intelligence capabilities to learn about a user’s preferences when driving, gradually turning the car into a personal assistant for the driver – an attribute we know will be a huge success here. Mercedez me connect is designed with our customers’ needs in mind in today’s digital age, and makes life just that little bit easier for them.”
Mercedez me connect is immediately available to all Mercedez-Benz car owners (post-December 2017). Interested customers can also consult local official Mercedez-Benz partners in the region of the availability of the services in their vehicles.
