The Dyson Cyclone V10 is a proud new entrant in Dyson’s cordless vaccum lineup. And as Sir James Dyson so put it as its launch ‘It is the reason I’ve stopped developing full-size vacuums.’
If you though the V8 was real impressive, consider this as a massive upgrade to the V8. For instance, the suction power on the Cyclone V10 is equivalent to a cylinder. Plus, there are factors like a very consistent suction performance. Take filtration, and Dyson engineers have wrapped both the pre- and post-motor filters around the motor as one sealed unit for improved filtration, capturing 99.97% of allergens as small as 0.3 microns 3 – thus releasing cleaner air. Plus an improved Energy Storage System means the Cyclone V10 TM cord-free vacuum has up to 60 minutes of fade-free suction.
There is a reasonable change as far as design goes, with the motor now in line with the suction tube, rather than being turned through 90 degrees. The end result is that when assembled, the V10 looks like something out of an Isaac Asimov’s imagination. And that’s not a bad thing.
Overall, given the power and upped battery life, the Dyson V10 seems to be that device that will once and for all shut the door on an era of plug-in vacuums.
