Oakley’s 2018 cycling collection is now complete

On the eve of the 116th edition of the Paris–Roubaix, Oakley announced their latest cycling glasses, the Flight Jacket and the Field Jacket. Both have independent strengths that will appeal to cycling enthusiasts. For instance, the Flight Jacket is a shield-style frame with a frame-less upper lens to ensure an unobstructed line of sight while the Field Jacket boasts a large, dual lens design.

The key differentiator here is that both Flight Jacket and Field Jacket are equipped with the world’s first airflow innovation that combats fog and overheating, the Oakley Advancer. This new technology allows riders to harness cooling airflow on demand with the simple pull of a toggle – letting athletes focus on their performance and not the conditions around them.

Interestingly, Flight Jacket and Field Jacket completes Oakley’s cycling collection. The full 2018 cycling collection consists of the Flight Jacket, Field Jacket, the ARO Series Cycling Helmets and JB Premium and JB Road Cycling Kits.

Top cycling athletes and teams on the Oakley team roster including Team Katusha-Alpecin, Team Dimension Data , Team Sky, Movistar Team and BMC Racing Team, will wear pieces from the collection in up-and-coming UC World Tour events.

Starting April 6, 2018, the full collection, including Flight Jacket and Field Jacket, will be available globally at Oakley.com, Oakley stores and select retailers.
