With the limited edition Heritage Artisan series, KitchenAid celebrates 100 years of Making

For any baker, whether professional or an amateur wanting to up the ante, KitchenAid has a special place. In a world of dour-looking products, KitchenAid’s stand mixers have stayed iconic, with distinctive design cues and trademark colors, high performance and extra attachments that let you expand the scope of work to every imaginable task including pasta making, cheese shredding, and sausage stuffing.

And now KitchenAid is turning 100.

Which brings us to KitchenAid’s Limited Edition Heritage Artisan Series Model 4.8 L tilt-head stand mixer [5KSM180RCEMB], which celebrates 100 years of Making. The first indication is of course the custom misty blue color, which harkens back to one of the first ever KitchenAid stand mixer colors introduced. The distinctive color apart, the mixer also features a heritage-inspired KitchenAid logo, a white-coated stainless steel bowl and a custom power hub marking the anniversary.

Coming to the Heritage Artisan Series, the device boasts 10 optimized speeds deliver the right power for nearly any task, from mixing wet and dry ingredients to kneading bread dough, with 59 touchpoints around the bowl ensuring all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. The 4.8 L ceramic hobnail bowl, which is made out of Titanium reinforced ceramic, can process up to 1 kg of all-purpose flour and 12 medium egg whites.
