Asus brings the balance with the ‘Chi’

New 2-in-1 delivers the best of both worlds.

At a media event held yesterday, Asus has formally announced the availability of the new Transformer Book T300 Chi that features a new unibody construction and comes with a detachable keyboard so you can easily go to tablet or laptop mode with ease.

Featuring the new Core M processor, the Asus Transformer Book T300 Chi literally has no fans, allowing it to get super slim 1.65 cm profile even when it’s docked on the keyboard – this makes it thinner than Apple’s MacBook Air.

Rounding off the specifications of the Asus Transformer Book T300 Chi is 128 GB of solid state drive, 4 GB of RAM, 12.5-inch WQHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) or a simpler full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) screen.

Weighing at only 1.43 kilograms, this 2-in-1 device will cost 2599 AED.

Check out the first look video below, including one for the Asus ZenBook UX305 – another ultraportable notebook that also uses the new Core M processor. It will cost 3999 AED.
