AirPods Max too expensive for you? How about this 400K AED gold plated one?
December 30, 2020

Of course they had to make one.

Reviews for the AirPods Max already claim it to be one of the best-sounding headphones available – but many expressed second thoughts at the 2,399 AED price tag which is justifiable. But Caviar is again releasing a blinged-out version of the AirPods Max that’s plated with pure gold.

Available in black and white colors, this AirPods Max from Caviar will cost you $108,000 – around 397,000 AED. Wow. Add to that the headband that is now covered in crocodile leather.

But seeing as that Caviar has done this with multiple Apple devices in the past, it is clear that there is still a market for these products. These ridiculously expensive customizations aren’t for everyone that’s for sure, but we’re already seeing some people who would want something like this.

“If you appreciate sophisticated design, laconicism, and innovation, this model was created for you,” the product page for the AirPods Max Golden Black reads

If you’re interested in getting one, Caviar is offering a one-year service support warranty plus a personal consultant when purchasing. You’re also getting free delivery, so don’t worry about the shipping charges.

If you don’t like the AirPods Max, Caviar is also selling a gold-plated iPhone 12 Pro starting at $6,000 (22,000 AED).
