In the Middle East for the first time

Think of it as a finely curated fusion of design, technology and sound. The Framery from French audio brand Devialet is created by the experts with one purpose in mind: to immerse you in pure sound and implosive bass that sparks your body and mind.

The setting, of course was the expansive b8ta showroom in Dubai Mall, with the Framery having been installed by the technical team at Dubai Audio, official distributors of Devialet in the region.

Interestingly, this is the first every time The Framery, which had a very positive reception across Europe, is being brought to the Middle East.

Stepping into the Framery, sitting down on the signature blue couch, and listening away to Axl Rose in full , throat-wrenching form was a true treat. Especially so, since I got to hear the tracks on the signature Devialet Phantom, rated at a massive 4,500W and 108 decibels, as also on two units of the Reactor. This meant a rare chance to explore the finer nuances and the maximised outputs that were on offer, in an otherwise very public setting.

The very much soundproof Framery sits within what is truly a take-over of the b8ta store, with the whole range of Devialet products on view. These include the Devialet Gold Phantom, the Classic Phantom and the Reactor series.

Also on display was the upcoming True Wireless Devialet Gemini headphones, and accessories including cases and floorstands.
