CES 2015: D-Link’s new routers are straight out of science fiction

January 6, 2015

I’d buy these routers just because they look so cool.

Routers aren’t the most awesome piece of technology that you’d normally be interested in especially at CES 2014, but D-Link somehow managed to introduce a router that looks like out of this world – in a good way.

The company has just unveiled the AC5300, AC3200 and AC3100 Ultra Performance routers that just doesn’t have awesome looks, but they’re blazing fast as well – capable of delivering speeds of up to 5.3 Gbps on the top model. Other features include tri-band support and 802.11ac compatibility. Range should be good as well, as you can see how many antennas this router has.

Check out the video and we’ll follow up a review once we get our hands on this beast.
