January 7, 2015

Their previous product supposedly helped reduce radiation levels emitted from your phone

Pong and Antenna79 might be classic names for Startups, but you have to admit, their product offerings are intriguing. Pong introduced iPhone cases a year back that supposedly helped reduce radiation levels emitted from your phone. Pong’s parent company, Antenna79, has now come out with Reach79, a new iPhone 6 case. Highlights here? It doubles the strength of your cell signal.

According to the company, each Reach79 case is embedded with a micro-thin, gold-plated antenna that works to increase your smartphone’s signal twofold.

Available in red and black, the cases will cost $60 (iPhone 6) and $70 (iPhone 6 Plus).

Doubling the signal? Definitely a great idea, but watch this space, we’ll get back on whether this is the truth or slick PR, after a hands-on…
