We’re days away from the official announcement of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on August 2nd, but the leaks for the new device just keeps in coming. Aside from new images of the new phablet, we now have video on how the new iris scanner works on the device.

The long-rumored iris scanner will be an addition to the fingerprint scanner, which are both used in unlocking the device as an alternative to the traditional PIN codes and lock patterns.

Rumored specifications for the Galaxy Note 7 include an Exynos processor, 6 GB of RAM, 32 – 128 GB storage options, a 4,000 mAh battery and a quad HD display.

Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy Note 7 in another Unpacked event next month.
