Beating other exclusives like Spider-Man and God of War.
It looks like Naughty Dog has another winner with The Last of Us Part II. The game, which was released more than a week ago, is now the fastest-selling PS4 exclusive with 4 million copies sold within the first three days of release.
It also broke the record of other PS4 exclusives like Marvel’s Spider-Man (3.3 million) and God of War (3.1 million). The Last of Us Part II also doubled the sales earned by Naughty Dog’s last game, Uncharted 4 (2.7 million). Additionally, the game has toppled Nintendo’s Animal Crossing: New Horizons as the top-selling game that week, where its sales are 40 percent higher than the game.
