Your Xbox Series X will look best on an LG OLED TV

The two companies have entered exclusive partnerships that would benefit gamers.

LG Electronics and Xbox have just announced new marketing partnerships that will highlight the advantages of using an LG OLED TV with an Xbox Series X. The new campaigns will be rolled out to several key markets in Europe, Africa, Middle East (including the UAE and Saudi Arabia), and the Asia-Pacific.

LG OLED TV is now the official TV partner of the Xbox Series X in these regions, which will include special events at retail establishments so customers can experience first hand how next-gen gaming should be like. Whether you’re a casual or serious gamer, you will enjoy the different features offered by the Xbox Series X that is fully compatible with the latest LG OLED TV.

Some of these features include ultra-fast 1ms response time with low input lag, support for the latest HDMI specifications like Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), and enhanced return audio channel (eARC). All four HDMI ports on the LG OLED TV will support these new functionalities in addition to 4K gaming of up to 120 fps.

The 2020 LG OLED TVs will also be the first to support the new HGiG profile that will showcase HDR the way it was intended. Other features include Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support plus Eye Comfort Display.

Baik, head of the TV product planning division of LG’s Home Entertainment Company. “We’re confident that the heightened visual quality from combining LG OLED TV and Xbox Series X will blow gamers away.”
