Submit your photos to be featured.
Apple has just announced that it will start accepting submissions from iPhone users for its 2019 Shot on iPhone campaign. From January 22nd to February 7th, Apple will start looking for the best photographs that were shot on an iPhone. From there, a team of judges will review the submissions and select 10 winning photos that will be announced next months.
If you’re familiar with the Shot on iPhone campaign, this means that the winning entries will have a chance to be featured on billboards and Apple stores worldwide.
While you can submit any photo shot on any iPhone, it’s preferred that you shot them on Apple’s latest models: the iPhone XS Max, iPhone XS, and the iPhone XR.
The judging panel will include the official White House photographer for President Obama Pete Souza, along with Apple senior vice president for Worldwide Product Marketing Phil Schiller.
Posting your image on Instagram or Twitter with the #ShotOniPhone hashtag would automatically qualify your image as an entry while Weibo users in China can also join using #ShotOniPhone#. Alternatively, you can also submit the photo in its highest resolution to firstname.lastname@example.org using the file format ‘firstname_lastname_iphonemodel’.
Note that you must 18 years old and above to participate.
