Set aside time to complete all your tasks.
As Google Calendar turns 10 years old, Google has introduced new features that will help make it an even better tool for productivity. Starting today, you can now set a schedule of a certain task that you would want to do and Google Calendar can automatically set a time on your busy schedule to complete it.
It will ask basic questions about your task – for example, in a workout how many times a week would like to do that specific task. It will then check your existing calendar so it can plan on what time you can do it.
“Calendars should help you make the most of your time—not just be tools to track events. So as Google Calendar turns 10 today, we’re excited to invest in more updates like Goals, and to help you find time for everything that matters—from your daily must-dos, to exercising more, to just a little “me time,” said Google on a recent blog post.
