The Middle East Film & Comic Con (MEFCC) is returning this March and just earlier today we got some major announcements including the first batch of celebrities who will be attending.

First off is Brandon Routh, who became famous for his role as Clark Kent in the 2006 movie Superman Returns. He also has roles in Scott Pilgrim vs. The World and was recently seen reprising his role as the Man of Steel on the recent Arrowverse crossover Crisis on Infinite Earths.

After being part of the celebrity lineup during the first Middle East Film & Comic Con back in 2012, actor John Rhys Davies is coming back to Dubai to meet fans. He is famously known for the role of Gimli in The Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Next is actress Elodie Yung, who became known as Elektra Natchios when the character debuted on Netflix’s Daredevil. She went on to reprise her role as the villain on The Defenders miniseries and had supporting roles G.I. Joe: Retaliation and The Hitman’s Bodyguard.

The last celebrity guest to be announced is Mena Massoud, who played the lead role in Disney’s live-action remake of Aladdin last year. The Guy Ritchie-directed movie went on to earn more than a billion dollars at the box office. The Egyptian-born actor also starred in the Amazon series Jack Ryan with John Krasinski.

More celebrities should be announced in the next couple of days. The Middle East Film & Comic Con will take place at the Dubai World Trade Center on March 5-7, 2020. Visit www.mefcc.com for tickets and other information.
