The HTC One 2 has been shown off in full detail after a video of the device was posted online.
HTC is expected to review the HTC One 2’s launch date later this month. It will be unveiling the smartphone at an event in New York on March 25th.
The 12 minute video was posted online by a YouTube user with the name “GadgetReviews” on Sunday. It was later taken down, but has subsequently been reposted by several other users.
The video is a detailed walkthrough of HTC’s upcoming flagship smartphone, which also goes by the codename HTC M8.
It gives a full overview of the smartphone, including its dual-camera, touchscreen functionality, Sense 6.0 Android skin and the design.
The leak is a major blow for HTC who had been hoping to generate a large amount of buzz for its launch event later this month.
It is believed that HTC had originally planned to launch the handset at Mobile World Congress but chose not to do so after it became apparent Samsung would unveil the Galaxy S5 there.
One thing the video doesn’t talk about is its specs. They are believed to be a quad-core 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB RAM, 16GB of storage and a larger 2,900mAh battery.
