Huawei hits 1 million AED transactions in first 30 minutes during online Live Sale Eid Event

Huawei Consumer Business Group has announced the success of its first Online Live Sale Eid Event with transactions hitting 1 million AED in just the first 30 minutes of the event held on Monday evening.

Huawei collaborated with popular Emirati footballer Adel Jamal for the event which saw more than 100,000 people join the live sale and comments reach 1.68 million across social media. This was a one of a kind initiative from Huawei as the trend towards e-commerce and digital retail continue to grow in the UAE and the wider Middle East.

Consumers from across the UAE participated in the event last night where they enjoyed savings as high as 80 percent on a wide range of Huawei devices. Whilst consumers adjust to the new norm, Huawei hosted the digital sale in the run up to Eid celebrations with the aim to reward consumers during these challenging times with unprecedented discounts on a wide range of products.
