Numbers are updated in real-time.

Microsoft has just released a new web portal through its Bing search engine for tracking the current COVID-19 infections around the world. The web portal has details on existing and recovered cases including fatalities. You can also sort out the filter by country and then read related information about it.

“Lots of Bing folks worked (from home) this past week to create a mapping and authoritative news resource for COVID19 info,” said Michael Schechter, General Manager for Bing Growth and Distribution at Microsoft in a statement.

Once you head to bing.com/covid, you can check a real-time map offering different data on each country, where you can even read localized news. Microsoft Bing said that the data was compiled from different sources that include the World Health Organization (WHO), US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).

As per Bing’s COVID-19 tracker, more than 172,000 people have been infected by the coronavirus globally with more than 6,600 people dead.
