Meet the LG G9.
LG’s presence in the smartphone market isn’t as extensive as it was before, but the company is still delivering some pretty decent smartphones in the past years. The latest flagship, the LG G9 is scheduled for release this spring, though an image has already leaked online which may confirm the design.
Another leak courtesy of @OnLeaks showcased the design of the LG G9 – where you can immediately see the four new sensors that make up the rear camera array. Some also described the rear camera looks similar to the Samsung S10 series, and while there’s no fingerprint sensor at the back it looks like it will be embedded below the screen.
Other features include a slim non-curved bezel, USB-C port, and a headphone jack. There’s also a notch on the front of the screen, which should house the front-facing camera. It is likely that it will also have a high-end DAC for hi-res audio playback, which was one of the staple features of LG’s flagship lineup.
More details should be released in the next few months so stay tuned!
