AI camera, a brighter display, and more!
LG has just announced that its much-awaited LG G7 ThinQ+ has now arrived in the GCC after a successful rollout in the Americas, Europe, and its home base South Korea. The LG G7 ThinQ+ is the first LG smartphone to include new AI capabilities.
LG has also packed the G7 ThinQ+ with the best hardware specifications possible. This includes a Snapdragon 845 CPU that powers the AI CAM built into the device. The LG G7 ThinQ+ also comes with a 16-megapixel dual camera setup at the back along with a front-facing 8-megapixel camera.
Just like other AI-enabled smartphones, this helps the camera understand the subject being shot and apply the appropriate settings to get the best image. The camera of the LG G7 ThinQ+ also includes a new Super Bright Camera technology that automatically brightens objects without adding noise so you can always get the best images even in low light.
Other specifications include a 6.1-inch display with a 3120-by-1440 pixel resolution that continues the same 19.5:9 FullVision aspect ratio that started with last year’s LG G6. There’s also an awesome Hi-Fi Quad DAC and DTS:X sound enhancements that make it the ultimate audio player.
“For consumers looking for the best all-around premium smartphone that will remain relevant and current for years to come, the LG G7 ThinQ+ has few parallels. We are very proud to be able to bring the LG G7 ThinQ+ to reality after intensive R&D, and we are equally excited to bring this premium smartphone to our GCC customers,” said Kevin Cha, President, LG Electronics Middle East & Africa. “The built-in AI capabilities of the LG G7 ThinQ+ will change the way people interact, not just with their phones, but with everyday appliances around them, and also affect the way they plan their days and routines.”
The LG G7 ThinQ+ is now available across the GCC in all major retailers and LG shops for 3,359 AED.
