Linksys announces new line up of next-gen wireless solutions

Announces the launch of the MU-MIMO AC5400 Tri-Band Wireless Router, AC1900 Range Extender and USB Adapter in the Middle East.  

Linksys has just announced three new products that are part of its growing line of networking solutions that feature MU-MIMO (Multi-User, Multiple-Input, Multiple Output) technology.

“A strong population of the Middle East are early adopters of technology who are willing to make essential invest that will enhance their networking experience. The key is for people to identify their usage requirements and upgrade their Wi-Fi technology to get the maximum from smart devices including home automation, 4K HDTVs, or smart gadgets,” said Amanulla Khan, Managing Director of Linksys, Middle East, Turkey and Africa. “The latest in MU-MIMO technology is set to take the networking experience of a connected family to the next level with its high speed and uninterrupted connectivity.”

The Max-Stream AC1900 Range Extender (RE7000) introduces a concept called Room-to-Room Wi-Fi that brings enterprise level networking to your home, ensuring no dead spots and an overall fast connection wherever you are in your home. It sells for 549 AED.

Next is the Linksys EA9500 that has already gotten awards for its versatility and performance. This tri-band router comes with eight external antennas that makes it capable of handling extensive tasks such as gaming and even streaming 4K videos. Costing 1799 AED, it is currently one of the fastest routers in the market.

Lastly, the Linksys AC600 USB Adapter is the first MU-MIMO enabled adapter on the market and features improved reliability for gaming and streaming high definition video. It retails for 219 AED.
