Microsoft accidentally leaks new iPhone chat app

May 21, 2015

The chat app, named ‘Flow’ is designed to work with the Outlook mail app.

A new smartphone app made for the iPhone is reportedly being made by Microsoft that will act as a companion to its Outlook mail app. The app, titled ‘Flow’ is designed to offer conversation that would not have any signatures, subject line or even salutation.

More information about the app was revealed that detailed more features of Flow: you simply use an email address to start chatting, no other extra requirement is needed (though an Outlook email address is mandatory).

Microsoft has not yet commented on the app but it looks like it is going to reveal it in the next couple of weeks. Once out, Microsoft will be joining a plethora of chat apps that is somewhat making the market quite crowded. Unless it has something vastly unique that it can offer, it might take a while before users start noticing it.
