Microsoft’s upcoming Lumia smartphone is massive

Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL leaks online.

Chinese forum WPXAP has just shared the images of what seems to be Microsoft’s upcoming Lumia smartphones, the Lumia 950 and 950 XL. Both smartphones will be running Windows 10 when launched later this year.

While the images do not dictate on how the exact smartphone will look like, you at least have a vague idea as to what the aesthetics will be. Like previous Lumia smartphones, the 950 and 950 XL will most likely come with polycarbonate finishes.

But judging from the images we can confirm that the new smartphones will most likely feature the new USB-C port, a reversible new connector that can be used for charging, data transfers and even outputting video.

Rumored specifications include 64-bit Snapdragon processors with at least 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of onboard storage with support for microSD card slots and of course, wireless charging. The Lumia 950 will most likely have a 5.2-inch 1440 x 2560 OLED screen while the Lumia 950 XL will have a 5.7-inch screen with the same screen resolution. Both smartphones will also have top of the line PureView cameras.

Of course none of this can be confirmed until we get the official announcement from Microsoft.
