New VivoBooks, ZenBooks and ROG gaming devices were shown.
Asus yesterday has held its Be Unstoppable event that showcased some of the company’s newest devices. Most of these devices were actually launched a couple of weeks ago in Taipei during Computex, and it is now making its way to the Middle East with confirmed prices and launch dates.

Each product on display today is a reflection of our devotion and ambition to create Incredible in everything we do”.
The event saw the regional launch for the ZenBook Pro Duo (UX581), ZenBook 14 (UX434) and the VivoBook S14 (S431). You can read more about our experiences with these devices during our Computex coverage earlier this month:
The ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo (UX581) retails for 13,999 AED and will be available at the end of July, while the ASUS ZenBook 14 (UX434) will retail for 5,799 AED, available end of September and lastly, the ASUS VivoBook S (S431) will sell for 3,999 AED available end of July.
Asus’ ROG (Republic of Gamers) line also debuted new models here in the Middle East. This includes the ROG Mothership, which was dubbed as the world’s first true desktop replacement notebook.
The ROG Mothership (GZ700) impresses with high-end hardware that put it in the same league as other full-blown desktop setups. It’s powered by the latest Intel Core i9 processor along with Nvidia GeForce RTX graphics that are cooled with improved thermals and liquid metal placed right on the processor.
Also announced is the ROG Zephyrus S (GX502), a compact powerhouse that’s made for gamers and content creators. It features a 240 Hz Pantone validated display for improved visuals when playing along with an exclusive GPU switch that supports G-sync.
Lastly, the ROG Strix Scar III (G731) and the ROG Strix G (G531) were also launched, which both feature Nvidia GeForce RTX GPUs and the first notebooks to launch with up to 240 HZ display, 3ms grey-to-grey response and feature ultraslim bezels.
The ROG Strix Scar III (G731) will start from 7,999 AED the ROG Strix G (G531) will start from 4,999 AED and both are available now. The ROG Zephyrus S (GX502) will start from 9,999 AED and will be available in mid-August and lastly, the ROG Mothership (GZ700) will retail for 24,999 AED and is available next month.
