Iraq-based VIP ESPORTS crowned champions of the Free Fire Arab League

VIP ESPORTS from Iraq has just been crowned champions of the third edition of the Free Fire Arab League as it faced stern competition from some of the best teams in the Middle East and North Africa region. 12 teams from the region went head-to-head during the Grand Final stage, with VIP ESPORTS emerging as the winner.

This instantly qualifies VIP ESPORTS to the Free Fire World Series and will represent the MENA region for the international competition that will take place this May. VIP ESPORTS have also won a share of the $30,000 prize money.

In second place is DEA from Algeria and in third place is VIP who also hails from Iraq. The Grand Final was recently streamed on YouTube, Facebook, and Booyah TV that generated more than 1.4 million views. The tournament in total has amassed 6,723,200 views since it began in December 2020.

We promise our fans to give it our all and make MENA proud in the Free Fire World Series,” said Saadallah Djamel Eddine, captain of VIP ESPORTS while expressing praise to Garena for organizing the Free Fire Arab League.

The next edition of the Free Fire Arab League will be taking place this July and October that will see the participation of 24 teams that include the 12 finalists from Season 3 and the top 12 sides of the first Free Fire Arab Championship. The top 12 sides will have two seasons this year where matches will be held in five series, spanning through one season. The winning teams will get a position in the Top 12 by the end of the season.
