September 16, 2020

The Huawei Y9a will cost 1,049 AED and comes with a free gift.

Huawei has just announced the launch of the entry-level Y9a offering a 64-megapixel quad-camera along with a sleek design all at an affordable price. It comes in three stylish colors: Midnight Black, Space Silver, and Sakura Pink and will be available for preorder from tomorrow, September 17th, 2020.

There’s a 6.63-inch Ultra FullView FHD display along with a pop-up front camera. The all-screen design allows for a more immersive experience, highlighted by the 92 percent screen-to-body ratio. At the rear is the quad-camera that brings back the Halo Ring Design popularized by the Mate 30 series.

The Y9a features a 64-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel depth lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. All four cameras work in unison to deliver great images no matter what mode you’re shooting in. Huawei technologies such as AIS Night Mode 2.0, AI beautification, and EIS anti-shake technology are also present.

The smartphone also boasts 40W Huawei SuperCharge that juices up the 4,200 mAh battery to about 70 percent in just 30 minutes of charging. Other features include 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The Y9a will run on EMUI 10.1.

The Huawei Y9a can be pre-ordered for 1,049 AED and will include the Huawei AM61 Bluetooth headphones as a free gift.
