A teaser for a teaser?
Despite the departure of co-founder Carl Pei, OnePlus is moving on and busy preparing its next flagship device, the OnePlus 9. With numerous leaks and rumors floating online, many are excited about what the Chinese company has in store.

Just the other night Pete Lau tweeted a teaser for an event/announcement that will be taking place on March 8th, without giving other details. The image tweeted by Lau features the famous image from the Apollo 11 mission that went to the moon.
If you look at the clues, the camera used to take that image was a Hasselblad camera, which could confirm earlier rumors that the OnePlus 9 will include a new camera system designed with Hasselblad. Let’s also hope that this new partnership will bring improved camera optics to the OnePlus brand.
Rumored specifications for the OnePlus 9 Pro include a QHD display with a 120Hz refresh rate plus a triple camera system at the back. It will likely feature the latest Snapdragon 888 processor.
That being said, this is all speculation at this point since OnePlus could have a totally different announcement on March 8th so stay tuned.
