Nintendo’s Pokémon Go Plus is coming next month

July 27, 2016

 ‘Gotta catch ‘em all!’

Nintendo’s Pokémon Go is already a hit, and we can tell by the sheer amount of downloads and crazy players we’ve seen on the streets. Though the game is mostly done on a smartphone, Nintendo is also planning to release a companion wearable that will notify you if a Pokémon is nearby.

While there was no announcement about the wearable when the game was launched a few weeks back, we now have word that the device will be released sometime in September. The wearable is Bluetooth-based and connects directly to your smartphone and will set you back $34.99.

If you’re one of the dedicated players of Pokémon Go, then the wearable is a definite must have – it should somehow save you time walking around searching for Pokémons along with improving your smartphone’s battery life.

Do you play Pokémon Go? Will you be getting the Pokémon Go Plus wearable when it comes out?
