Acer’s new Spin and Swift notebooks bring a slimmer design

Acer has just introduced a new Spin 5 and Spin 3 convertible notebook along with a slimmer Swift 3 model. The new Spin series is perfect for students and professionals, who can utilize the flexible design according to their needs. The Swift 3 series, on the other hand, is made for people on the go thanks to it slim metal chassis and long-lasting batteries.

“The new Acer Spin 5 and Spin 3 are excellent choices for anyone looking for a single system that can handle work, school, entertainment, and their hobbies,” said James Lin, General Manager, Commercial & Detachable Notebooks, IT Products Business, Acer Inc. “The combination of thinner and lighter form factors, thin-bezel touch displays and the latest in Active Stylus technology make the new Spin 5 and Spin 3 convertibles the ideal choice for anyone who wants to get a lot done in a variety of modes.”

The Spin 5 and Spin 3 feature slimmer designs but can still be used on four modes: tablet, notebook, display or tent. The Spin 5 weighs only 1.2 kilograms and has a 13.5-inch 2K touch display. The Spin 3 offers a 14-inch Full HD display and weighs 1.5 kilograms.

Both notebooks come with the Acer Active Stylus that provides a fast and accurate writing experience. These notebooks are also powered by the latest 10th-gen Intel Core processors and can give you up to 15 hours of battery life.

The first Swift 3 model that Acer launched features a narrow-bezel display on its 13.5-inch screen. The notebook is part of Intel’s Project Athena, meaning that it has passed Intel’s performance targets and specifications to give you the best experience. It comes with 10th-gen Intel Core i7-1065G7 processors, the latest NVIDIA graphics and up to 16 hours of battery life.

The other Swift 3 model has a 14-inch screen and uses an AMD Ryzen 4000 series processors. It also features Wi-Fi 6 and up to 512 GB PCIe SSD.

The Acer Spin 5 will be available in April, starting at 4,077 AED

The Acer Spin 3 will be available in February, starting at 2,649 AED.

The Acer Swift 3 will be available in February, starting at 2,853 AED.

The Acer Swift 3 [SF314-42] is now available starting at 2,000 AED.
