We take a look at Huawei’s EMUI 10.
Most flagship smartphones already offer customized interfaces, but not one of them comes close to Huawei’s EMUI. Just a couple of months ago we’ve highlighted the various features of EMUI 9/9.1 and now EMUI 10 has arrived that brings more improvements to your Huawei smartphone.
A new Magazine Design layout is one of the new looks made for EMUI 10. Larger white spaces give a more breathable and less cluttered browsing experience. Huawei has also implemented Morandi’s gradient scheme where subtle colors fill up open spaces – it’s easy on the eyes that add to a comfortable user experience. If bright colors aren’t your thing you can always turn on Dark Mode, which has been enhanced on EMUI 10.
The camera app has been vastly improved, and now has a more fluid interface that lets you choose between different camera modes quickly. There’s also a redesigned zoom control and just in case you want to change some settings, it is all easily accessible right from the app.
If you own a Huawei notebook, you can also take advantage of EMUI 10’s multi-screen collaboration tool. Simply tap your Huawei device running EMUI 10 on the notebook using NFC and you’ll be instantly connected. You can now start sharing media and even share a mouse and a keyboard between devices.
EMUI 10 also uses AI to enhance your experience that improves over time, which is why it’s more than just a shiny new interface – it’s a completely new and improved experience.
