Vote to Play allows members to vote for their next free game.

Good news for PlayStation Plus subscribers, PlayStation has just announced ‘Vote to Play’ that would allow you vote and choose for the next game that you will get for free as part of the privileges that you get when subscribed to PlayStation Plus.

“I’m thrilled to announce a new PlayStation Plus promotion that literally puts the choice in your hands – Vote to Play. This promotion enables PlayStation Plus members to vote on one of several PlayStation 4 games for the upcoming month’s Instant Game Collection,” said John Koller, VP of Platforms Marketing, SCEA.

“The game with the most votes will automatically be included in our future free game lineup for PlayStation Plus. If your pick didn’t make the lineup, don’t worry. In the first promotion, PlayStation Plus members can get the runner ups at a discount. We love to listen to our fans – and we’re super excited to launch this promotion.”

Not much detail was given as to how the voting process will be but Sony should be announcing it in the next couple of weeks.

In addition to getting free games every month, PlayStation 4 users also need to have a subscription to PlayStation Plus to be able to play online.
