‘Soundtrack Your Workout’ will put you in a workout mood using your own music choices.
With most people finding creative ways on how to stay active, and usually, music is the one thing that drives most of us to achieve our workout goals. Workouts also vary intensity, which is why curated playlists for each workout now exist. This is why Spotify today is launching Soundtrack Your Workout as the place to generate fresh playlists when you take a tailored quiz.
You need to go to the Soundtrack Your Workout page where you will then be asked a list of questions relating to your workout. This includes the type of music you usually prefer listening to or how long your workouts tend to last. Once you’ve answered all your questions you will then be taken to a new Playlist page where you can see the personalized playlist made just for you. You even have the option to listen to music, podcast, or even both.
In the UAE, Spotify said that most users listening to workout music are 18-29-year-olds. Songs such as Roses Imanbek Remix” by SAINt JHN and Imanbek are the top choices for workout music globally for both men and women.
“Workout audio has always been a big focus for listeners on Spotify around the globe, and now more than ever, users are finding creative ways to stay active and healthy in this current climate,” said Spotify’s Trends Expert, Shanon Cook. “Listeners have created more than 800,000 workout playlists in the last 28 days, and for those who could use some inspiration, we hope that by offering fresh, personalized workout playlists, we’ll help boost motivation and keep spirits high.”
