The HTC One A9 is the iPhone clone that’s not

Company unveils its latest smartphone.

At an event held yesterday, HTC has announced the One A9, its latest smartphone designed to compete with the midrange market. It can also be a successor to the HTC One M9 released earlier this year, which didn’t top the charts as far as sales numbers are concerned.

The new HTC One A9 comes in a premium metal finish but let’s face it – anyone you show this to would immediate think it’s an iPhone. It comes with a 5-inch screen with a full HD screen resolution, 2 or 3 GB of RAM (depending on whether it’s a 16 or 32-gigabyte model) and it will also be powered by a Snapdragon 617 quad-core processor running at 1.5 GHz. Along with that, the smartphone will also include a 13-megapixel camera plus a 4-megapixel front facing one.

The HTC One A9 also runs a new version of Sense placed over Android 6.0 Marshmallow, giving you countless hours of entertainment on your smartphone. The best bit about this smartphone is the $399 price.

No word yet when the device will be available in the Middle East but we will update this news once the information becomes available.
