The Insta360 One X launches: 5.7K video and cinematic slo-mo
October 10, 2018

It’s the future of action cameras.

Today Insta360 has just introduced a new member in its camera lineup: The One X. Fresh off the success of last year’s Insta360 One camera, the One X features 360-degree capture and support for 5.7k video that’s more pixels than what 4K TV has. It also features a one-of-a-kind stabilization and a new cinematic slo-mo that expands on what a normal action camera can do.

The new Insta360 One X has a gimbal-level stabilization for shake-free videos and now supports high FPS shooting modes. It also lets you control time and perspective to create a one-of-a-kind video.

Shooting modes include 5.7k at 30 fps, 4K at 50 fps and 3K at 100 fps and it can also shoot images at 18-megapixels.

Just like the Insta360 One, the Insta360 One X supports FlowState stabilization that effectively analyzes movements in any direction to give you a super smooth video. Other notable features like TimeShift and Bullet Time are all supported on the Insta360 One X as well.

You also have the option to connect the Insta360 One X through Wi-Fi, or use standard cables so you can transfer your images and video.

The Insta360 One X will start shipping next week.
