These are the best ways to enjoy the FIFA World Cup Finals in Dubai!!

The football World Cup this year has been, to say the very least incredibly surprising.  Never before have we seen so many stalwarts falter so early in the tournament. Having witnessed Neymar’s brilliantly acted falls, Messi’s genius and Ronaldo’s all-out efforts, it’s all now come down to the last few matches of the cup. And we at T3 Towers have a few ideas on the best ways to get into the mood, scream and shout, vigorously contemplate and argue…

Since we are in the UAE, the outlandish will figure in the options. These aside, The Burj Khalifa will light up each time a goal is scored. So even if you are miles away from a TV, you’ll still be able to keep an eye on who’s winning and losing at the 2018 World Cup.

Queen Elizabeth 2

Docked at its new home at Mina Rashid, the Queen Elizabeth 2, known as the QE2, was the flagship transatlantic ocean cruise liner of the renowned Cunard Line. The embodiment of the golden age of travel when the rich, famous and glamourous would sail, not fly, around the world the QE2 has been newly renovated into a floating five-star hotel.

The QE2’s specially-built, and fully air-conditioned, Pavilion Stadium has been fitted with giant screens for the World Cup, with comfy seating, great F&B deals and a state-of-the-art sound system helping you feel as though you’re in the middle of the action in Russia. As well as the Pavilion, the QE2 is also home to a more traditional British sports venue, The Golden Lion, which wonderfully recreates the liner’s 1960’s glory days.

The Imperial Suite, Fairmont Dubai Hotel

Gathering your friends and family to watch the match is what makes football so great, so why not take your World Cup party to the next level and rent your very own private hotel suite for the final game on Sunday, July 15. For a cool AED 100,000, a group of six super fans can watch the two best teams in the tournament battle it out from the comfort of the impressive 548sqm suite Imperial Suite at the Fairmont Dubai Hotel. The hotel’s staff will transform the venue into a football pitch, complete with artificial grass, before you and your friends arrive in a stretch Hummer limousine.

A virtual reality football game and foosball table will help build excitement before you settle down to watch the final on a state-of-the-art 103-inch LED TV from the comfort of oversized leather chairs. Each guest will also receive a football jersey with their name on the back, while a private butler (dressed as a referee, of course) and private chef will cater to your every need and an in-house photographer documents the evening for prosperity. After the game, you’ll be whisked off to a VIP table at a nightclub. The next day, guests can enjoy a sumptuous breakfast before being driven home in one of six supercars, including a Lamborghini and McLaren.

The On-Screen Action

If you want to watch the action from Russia on the biggest screen possible, then the cinema is the place for you. Reel Cinemas and Novo Cinemas are both showing games live at selected movie theatres across the city.

With comfy seats, superb surround sound, plus delicious food from traditional popcorn flavours to new VIP options, and more than enough room for all your friends and family, the movies is a great place to watch the match. Novo Cinemas Megaplex at Ibn Battuta Mall and Dubai Festival City Mall will screen the games, while Reel Cinemas locations at Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall and Jebel Ali Recreation Club will welcome football fans.
