But it won’t work the way you think it would.
If you have an Oculus Rift laying around and Xbox One, you will be able play those games soon on the VR device. Using a new app launching on December 12, Microsoft will enable Xbox One games to be streamed to the Oculus Rift.
But don’t expect your Xbox One games to suddenly turn into VR – all you will get is a massive screen that you can view inside the VR headset. You are able to play the screen against three backdrops: Citadel, Retreat, or Dome.
It might not be a big deal, but hey, you still get the feeling of playing Forza Horizon 3 on a massive (simulated) screen.
Expect the app to be available at the Xbox Games Store this December.
