Two flagships, one winner.
Apple’s iPhone has always dominated the charts with its yearly annual flagships. Its current one, the iPhone X, is currently one of the top smartphones available. But that is about to be challenged by key players like Huawei who have started introducing its own flagship that can truly challenge the iPhone.
Don’t get us wrong, we love the iPhone X, everything from its all-screen display to the awesome TrueDepth camera, even Face ID and yes, that notch at the top of the screen. Apple has truly showcased that is has got what it takes in delivering top-of-the-line hardware.
But Huawei’s new Mate 10 Pro also has something interesting up its sleeve – this includes its own self-manufacturer Kirin SoC. Huawei wins bragging rights to this chip since it’s considered to be the first CPU to have a neural processing unit. This basically means that it performs complex AI functions that could translate to a better performance not just on multitasking and apps, but also for the way you take images on the camera or how the battery is consumed.
We can delve deeper into why one is better than the other, but I believe this video can explain it better.
